Hello! I’m RE, aka Rachel. I use she/they pronouns, and I’m so happy to have you here.
I’m an author and copywriter with a major in Professional Writing and a minor in Creative Writing. I’ve been a passionate storyteller and fantasy fan since I was in elementary school. In fact, I wrote my first novel in fifth grade.
Now, when I’m not working, I love creating stories that profess love, respect, and triumph over evil and contain strong female characters who are always ready to throw down – both in and out of the bedroom.
Currently, I reside in Las Vegas, Nevada, where I spend my free time playing Dungeons and Dragons, wrangling my two rambunctious children, and reading all the smut, fantasy, sci-fi, and mythology I can get my hands on.
When you enter Newborn City and even peruse the other far-off realms in my other coming works, you’ll see one this is always the same- things here are dark, decadent, and deadly! With all things, I’m just an avid smut lover who knows that there’s nothing a good book and a strong cup of coffee can’t solve. I want all my readers to know that even as fantastical as my worlds are, the stories are about being human and how we connect. I write about adult themes for adults, so if that’s not your cup of tea, I totally understand but don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Writing my first book, Affinity for Pain, and getting it into the world is one of the greatest accomplishments of my life, behind building a family with my husband and growing two humans. The book came about through blood, sweat, tears, and good old-fashioned determination. And there’s so much more to come!
There is more in the works for the world of Newborn City and many other projects to come. My hope for you wonderful readers is that you not only enjoy my books for the healthy dose of sex and romance they provide but also because they make you feel- in every sense of the word. In everything I write, you’ll find pain, triumph, failure, lust, love, friendship, and no shortage of fighting for what you want (literally and figuratively).
I hope you enjoy the ride!
